Question: I'm using evaluation version of your software (or I'm using free Reanimator). Can I get your support?

Yes, of course. We didn't check the registration code and you do not need to post the registration code in the ticket.


Question: I could not remove virus or I don't know if it is a virus or not.

We can help you.
Create detailed system report (regrunlog.txt).
We strongly recommend you to download the latest version of free Reanimator because Reanimator is updated more frequently than RegRun/UnHackMe.

Unzip Reanimator to your hard drive and install on your computer.

Open Reanimator.exe, choose "Send Report".
We strongly recommend you to choose "Reboot" option because we need to include information from Partizan driver collected during Windows boot process.
Detailed system report will be saved on your desktop.
Please, attach your regunlog.txt to the ticket
Do not post regrunlog.txt to the ticket message because the file is too large for message and it will be truncated.
Please, describe your problem with all details. It will help us to resolve your problem quickly.
If you post the ticket with the question: "I have a virus :. How can I remove it?", we will always ask for your detailed report (regrunlog.txt). Do not delay your answer, send your report as soon as possible. You can find your latest regrunlog.txt on your desktop.


Question: How can I get updates?

Use Greatis Web Update software (gwebupdate.exe) for getting the latest version of your software. Gwebupdate.exe is included to the RegRun Suite, Reanimator software and soon to the UnHackMe. Please, set up your firewall to allow Gwebupdate.exe access to the Internet.
We recommend you to install major updates on any previous installed version without uninstalling it first because it will save your settings and installed registration key.


Question: Am I supposed to pay for updates? Do I need to pay every year?

No. You purchased lifetime license. All upgrades are free. This has been our policy since 1998. But you can always purchase our new software. Welcome!


Question: Why do you update Application Database only one time per week? Most of antivirus companies release updates every 2 hours?

We do not develop antivirus. Application Database is used to help you in identify if a file is good or bad. It's a useful component but it's not necessary.

Download UnHackMe.
Open UnHackMe screen.

Click on the Advanced button and choose Send report to the support center in the popup menu. Follow the instructions.The report file (regrunlog.txt) will be saved on your Desktop.

Attach it to your ticket: click on the Browse button and then to the regrunlog.txt file

 

Purchasing/registration questions


Question: I have not received the registration code

Spam filters often block E-mail messages.
We send you a registration message from 2 different email address:
- from public gmail account with attached key file "aspr_keys.ini" (or regkey.key);
- from support@greatissoftware.com without attached file.

Please, set up your spam filter for allowing registration messages from greatis.com and from greatissoftware.com.

If you still did not receive the registration code within more than one day after purchasing, feel free to open a new ticket. Please, send us your order number or e-mail/full name of the person used during payment.

Remember! You can use our software without the registration code. Download an evaluation version. It is fully functional and you can use it for 30 days without limitations. You will register your software after receiving a registration message.


Question: I have lost registration code, what shall I do?


We send you your code for free. Send us your order number or e-mail/full name of the person used during payment. Do not post credit card numbers.


Question: My order was rejected because I live in Russia, Ukraine etc.

Open a new ticket. We will contact the registration company to help you make payment.
Note! We do not accept payment directly. We use SWREG and Regnow for checking orders and accepting payment.


Question: I could not register because my code is invalid.

Probably you installed the RegRun Platinum evaluation version and you tried to register UnHackMe from Platinum using registration code for UnHackMe standalone. It will not work. The registration codes for Platinum and UnHackMe are similar but you need to use registration code for purchased software.
